TEMPERATURE SENSORS
CAP IT is able to provide a full range of industrial temperature sensors, including thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), designed for lightweight measurements and demanding industrial applications.
The solutions cover a wide temperature range from -200°C to over 1800°C and guarantee reliability even in the presence of high pressures, ATEX environments, and critical operating conditions.
The products, from the most common to the most sophisticated, are manufactured to customer specifications and customized according to application needs, to ensure maximum integration with the industrial process.
The construction techniques used are among the most advanced and involve the use of magnesium oxide, platinum sensors, AISI 316 stainless steels, and, more generally, high-quality materials, selected in compliance with major reference standards (ANSI, DIN, IEC, UNI, etc.).
The entire production cycle is managed according to Quality System procedures, ensuring complete control of all processes.

TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR
Low Temperatures
from -200°C to 150°C
Low-temperature temperature sensors, both thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), are designed for industrial applications with temperatures between -200°C and 150°C and low pressures.
These solutions ensure reliability, measurement stability, and accuracy even in critical operating conditions, typical of cryogenic and process applications.

TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR
Medium Temperatures
from 150°C to 600°C
Medium-temperature temperature sensors, manufactured as thermocouples or resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), are suitable for industrial applications with temperatures between 150°C and 600°C and moderate pressures.
These sensors offer an optimal balance between accuracy, robustness, and durability, making them suitable for a wide variety of industrial processes.

TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR
High Temperatures
from 600°C to 1700°C
High-temperature temperature sensors, available as thermocouples or special resistance temperature detectors, are designed to operate in environments with temperatures between 600°C and 1700°C.
They are ideal for particularly aggressive industrial environments, where high mechanical strength, long-term stability, and measurement reliability are required.

TEMPERATURE SENSORS FOR
ATEX explosion-risk environments
ATEX temperature sensors, both thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), are designed for applications in potentially explosive atmospheres, in compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX).
These solutions ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance even in the most critical conditions.
